The Christian worldview can be undermined unless each and every thought is brought captive to Christ. Ideas that put anything, including ourselves, at the center rather than Jesus as king must be rejected. The same goes for the church. The authors expose an old heretical idea which is now dressed up as a harmless tool of self-analysis. They warn us that we cannot blithely welcome this idea because ideas come wrapped in worldviews. They trace the origins and weigh the implications of the Enneagram and demonstrate it is not only distracting for the church but dangerous to the faith once delivered to the saints. Let those who have an ear to hear take heed their admonitions and consider their warnings.
