As long as we can keep and exercise our First Amendment rights, Obama will not be able to become the god some want him to be.  

I think that Evan Thomas was kind of mocking those who think of Obama as God.  I hope so.

Those who think that Obama is somewhat divine are worthy of ridicule.  No human being is worthy of our veneration.  

Respect, yes. Veneration, no.</description>
